Part of humility (hod) is knowing what we do not know. To do so is to make oneself vulnerable, which is not comfortable, but necessary. The Queen of Swords invites us to engage in that internal reflection that leads to being honest about ourselves about our abilities and our limits, and about our needs and our boundaries. We need boundaries in order to thrive, to maintain our sense of self. But if we are too boundaried, too humble, then we lose ourselves and close ourselves off from others who can nourish us. Where do you draw your healthy boundaries? Where do you experience a humility that allows you to grow and thrive?
