Day 7: Malkhut she’b’Chesed

Nobility and leadership in love. According to Jewish lore, the 7th day of Passover (the 6th day of the Omer) is the anniversary of the crossing of the Red Sea, the climactic moment when the Israelites physically crossed from slavery to freedom. The next day, the 7th day of the Omer, is therefore the first day of the next stage of the journey, a day filled with hope and possibility, as well as fear and uncertainty. Situations like this embody the spirit of the Page of Pentacles: taking the next small step forward toward a new future with a sense of eagerness. It is in times like these that we also seek the nobility and leadership of love, grounding ourselves in tangible love and letting our heart lead the way toward our transformation.
